Apple has officially released iOS 5.1.1 for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch as an update. The patch focuses on fixing bugs than adding any new features.
The update was also released as an OTA download for devices running iOS 5 and above. The file measures at 54MB, and if you have an iOS device running a version prior to iOS 5, you'd have to connect to iTunes to download the latest update.
Note: The new software can safely be jailbroken (tethered) by using last month's redsn0w.
