Yes, you heard it right. US $99 or 38 Omani Riyals is what you are entitled to pay for Microsoft’s Xbox 360.
The catch?... Microsoft confirmed that the deal will sell the 4GB Kinect- equipped Xbox 360 hardware bundle for the price, if customers commit to a two-year Xbox Live Gold subscription at a cost of US $15 or 5 Omani Riyals per month.

And as far as we can see, the deal costs less up front, but customers end up spending more in the long run. If purchased separately at today's standard prices, the console and two-year Xbox Live subscription would cost US $420/ 161 OR. However, if purchased under this promotion, the deal's total cost at the end of the two years would come out to US $460/177 OR.
Good news is that, the offer is currently available only at the 21 Microsoft Store retail locations in the US. There is also an early termination fee for those who want out of the contract. (Trust me, you don’t want to know the penalty fee.)
