We were wondering why an update for I9100 Galaxy S II wasn’t up and ready. But it seems like the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update was already available to the I9100 models sometime in March.
But despite that its TI OMAP-based I9100G cousin wasn't that lucky early-on, until recently, users started reporting that the I9100G ICS update is already seeding in several countries. It seems the rollout has now reached almost all the I9100G Galaxy S II units worldwide.
It is good to know that Samsung hasn't forgotten all about the less popular versions (like Nokia) of the extremely popular Galaxy S II.
