They were nice and professional to me, and responded to my query on the very next day. However, they did not quite answer my questions completely.
Nevertheless, we were happy. Here is my first letter.
My second letter went to the Middle-East Help and Support team. And all they asked me to do was connect my phone to my computer and check for updates.
But still, if you look closely into the first letter, you will see that Nokia is well and truly sticking to their rules. They usually make announcements prior to the release of their new product software, and I am sure that they themselves may have been clueless about the Carla and Donna. But it now is a fact that they will not be scrapping the Symbian platform.
